1. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. knowing this is freedom unlike any other.

2. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. we always seem to strive unyieldingly for another and another and another, whether it is a matter false love, a thought, a thing, or a simple idea that was never meant for our greedy hands to uncover.

3. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. even when we know this, we take and take and take the things most precious, the things not even meant for us but meant for our brother.

4. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. a precious object, idea, or lifelong desire, we live like starving prisoners, desperate to grab onto anything to end our own unhappiness internal, we simply steal like common thieves, the hope and love and innocence from another.

5. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. it is only a passing gift we are privilaged to discover. all of those lovely sculptures, epiphanies, and magical ideas coveted by all, like sirens convincing us that they are the mythical perfect lover.

5. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. all the epiphanies we are eager to uncover….
These enticements deceive us, telling us they are forever, but are really just the latest fashion, trend, or misguided infomercial lie, beguiling us with far too much ease, allowing our shallowness to betray, we smile excitedly and scramble to be the best, the richest, the first to reach the finish line and claim whatever is inside her.

6. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. they are already available and infinite, but we will still would rather grab all that we can with greedy, grasping, dirty hands. Unable to see the tragedy, that their is infinite abundance of all these things. We rape like locusts laying claim to an illusory ownership.

7. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. Consequences and devastation inevitably left behind our fleeing shadows, seemingly inconsequential.

8. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. But we only hurt ourselves too unwilling to look within us to see that our actions only serve to harden our hearts to the very souls we have burned in our wake, our chaotic race we run until we fall, only embittered to find no prize awaiting, there is nothing. Nothing there at all.

9. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. so readily, thoughtlessly, selfishly, we take away those simple precious things, ideas, and hopes from another. yet, afterwards, we stand in the empy field of lonliness, shocked and baffled, insisting that we were betrayed by cruelty of the universe, innocent victims of a unpardonable crime

10. Nothing that belongs to us is really ours. so i wonder why we cry and give our hearts away without a fight to the very things that have always been there… basking faithfully in the universal light.
